Aldenate Software continually develops and enhances its products. We encourage you to regularly install the latest updates to benefit from the latest features. Aldenate product updates are free of charge and provide you with the recent enhancements and minor fixes (example: moving from Aldenate Secure Disk 1.0, build 100 to Aldenate Secure Disk 1.1, build 110).

If you have an older version of the product, but wish to upgrade to the current version (i.e. moving from version Aldenate Secure Disk 1.0 to Aldenate Secure Disk 2.0), then you need to purchase the upgrade.

You may request a full refund of Aldenate software bought online for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. We cannot accept returns beyond 30 days of purchase. To return your software download to us, please submit a request with your order details to the Aldenate Customer Service. Please note that Aldenate only refunds online orders. Aldenate cannot refund purchases made at retail outlets. In this case, please refer to the retail outlet's refund policy.
